The Importance of Regularly Replacing Bras and Underwear

Wearing worn-out or ill-fitting undergarments can have implications for both our physical and emotional well-being. Over time, bras and panties accumulate sweat, dead skin cells, and other bodily fluids. This moist environment provides a breeding ground for bacteria and yeast, which can lead to various infections, such as yeast infections or urinary tract infections (UTIs), even with frequent washing. Regularly changing out undergarments helps minimize the risk of these infections.
