Lingerie can be a tricky thing to care for, especially when dealing with fine craftsmanship, luxurious bras, or high-quality materials that can’t wash with other garments. 

Do’s:

• When in doubt, hand wash with warm, not hot, water.
• Dry naturally - hang up gently to avoid wrinkles.
• Use a small amount of Soak Wash soap and gently massage your lingerie. No rinse necessary (Soak samples included with every online purchase). Click the link to view our Soak Wash products available for purchase.
• Use a reusable laundry bag to keep your undergarments separate from other dirty garments. Click the link to view laundry bags available for purchase. 
• For loungewear, lay flat or hang gently to dry. 
• For loungewear, machine wash on warm, gentle settings. Hand wash advised. 
• For 100% silk products, dry clean, cold wash, and ironing ok. Handwashing may change the luster of silk. 

Don'ts:

• Wash your lingerie in a washing machine. This can damage the materials, colors, embroideries, or cause harmful rips.
• Tumble dry. Lingerie should always dry naturally and be hung up carefully away from other garments. 
• Iron. 
• Dry clean. 
• Bleach.

At Cherie Amour we believe your satisfaction of lingerie comes from finding both the right style and the proper fit. We want you to absolutely love your new lingerie so we offer FREE returns and exchanges for all domestic clients with applicable items. Please note the below policies and required conditions:

• You received your item(s) within the last 14 days
• All marked down items are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or price adjustments to any sale items
• Must not be a Final Sale Item, Gift Card, Personal Product, Discounted or Sale Item, Hosiery, Adhesive or Body Care Product
• Your item(s) have not been worn, altered, or washed—No exceptions
• Your items must be returned in the original packaging with all tags and hygienic liners attached
• Your return must include the original receipt, which can be found via the confirmation email you received when your order was placed
• Underwear has been tried on over your own undergarments

If your item(s) are eligible for return or exchange, please submit a Return Request through your Customer Account.  To do so:

1. Log in to your Customer Account using the email address that your order was placed with
2. Select the corresponding Order # and click "Return Request"
3. Select any eligible items that you would like to return or exchange
4. Select the appropriate reason and note rather you would prefer an exchange or return below
5. Once submitted, you will receive an email confirmation and updates on next steps
