We want you to absolutely love your new purchase, so we have created a return policy that offers the same level of care. Domestic returns are subject to a $8 restocking fee. However, if you prefer an exchange or opt for store credit instead, we are pleased to offer these options free of charge. Due to the intimate nature of these items, returns and exchanges will be accepted under the following conditions:
Items shipped directly by our trusted partner designers are eligible for exchanges or store credit only. Refunds are not available for these items. We appreciate your understanding and support of our designer collaborations.
All requested items must be returned to Chérie Amour within 18 days of purchase in new and unworn condition, with the original packaging and all tags and hygienic liners attached, including any boxes, hangers, garment bags, or other signature packaging materials. We ask that you try on your new purchase(s) over your own undergarments. If items are returned without original tags, intact sanitary liners, damaged, or with any indication of use, including stains or discoloration, Chérie Amour reserves the right to decline the refund, exchange, or store credit.
