Lingerie can be a tricky thing to care for, especially when dealing with fine craftsmanship, luxurious bras, or high-quality materials that can’t wash with other garments. 

Do’s:

• When in doubt, hand wash with warm, not hot, water.
• Dry naturally - hang up gently to avoid wrinkles.
• Use a small amount of Soak Wash soap and gently massage your lingerie. No rinse necessary (Soak samples included with every online purchase). Click the link to view our Soak Wash products available for purchase.
• Use a reusable laundry bag to keep your undergarments separate from other dirty garments. Click the link to view laundry bags available for purchase. 
• For loungewear, lay flat or hang gently to dry. 
• For loungewear, machine wash on warm, gentle settings. Hand wash advised. 
• For 100% silk products, dry clean, cold wash, and ironing ok. Handwashing may change the luster of silk. 

Dont's:

• Wash your lingerie in a washing machine. This can damage the materials, colors, embroideries, or cause harmful rips.
• Tumble dry. Lingerie should always dry naturally and be hung up carefully away from other garments. 
• Iron. 
• Dry clean. 
• Bleach.

We are happy to offer FREE standard shipping on all U.S. orders $150+. Orders below $150 are subject to a flat rate of $8. 

Returns

At Chérie Amour, we believe your satisfaction comes from finding both the right style and the proper fit. We want you to absolutely love your new purchase, so we have created a return policy that offers the same level of care. Domestic returns are subject to a $8 restocking fee. However, if you prefer an exchange or opt for store credit instead, we are pleased to offer these options free of charge. Please note the below policies and the 'Shipping & Return' notes listed on each item description for reference.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

Due to the intimate nature of these items, returns and exchanges will be accepted under the following conditions:

• Your order was shipped from our warehouse within the last 18 days.
• New and unworn condition.
• Items are not a Final Sale Item, Gift Card, Personal Product, Markdown or Sale Item, Hosiery, Adhesive Product, or Body Care Product.
• All marked down items are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or price adjustments on any sale items.
• Partner-Fulfilled Items are eligible for exchanges or in-store credit only.

Partner-Fulfilled Items

Items shipped directly by our trusted partner designers are eligible for exchanges or store credit only. Refunds are not available for these items. We appreciate your understanding and support of our designer collaborations.

Condition of Returned Items

All requested items must be returned to Chérie Amour within 18 days of purchase in new and unworn condition, with the original packaging and all tags and hygienic liners attached, including any boxes, hangers, garment bags, or other signature packaging materials. We ask that you try on your new purchase(s) over your own undergarments. If items are returned without original tags, intact sanitary liners, damaged, or with any indication of use, including stains or discoloration, Chérie Amour reserves the right to decline the refund, exchange, or store credit.
