We are constantly bringing in new products to stay ahead of the latest seasonal trends—with this in mind, our styles are released in limited numbers. If the style or size you are looking for is sold out, please check back for updated inventory or click on the “Notify Me When Available” button, enter your email and we will notify you when the item is back in stock.
To keep your gorgeous new garments in their best condition, we suggest gentle hand washing in cold water. This helps to preserve shimmering foil, lace or trims. Try not to use any harsh soaps or chemicals, line dry only and preferably in shade. Please do not rub or wring out. Do not iron or dry clean.
When your order is placed, we begin to pack it right away to ensure it reaches you as soon as possible. This means that unfortunately it is not possible to add to, amend, or cancel an order once it has been placed. Your purchase can be returned for store credit or exchanged within 30 days under our conditions that can be found on our Returns page. If you have forgotten to purchase an item, you will need to place a secondary order.

You may return bras, bodysuits, loungewear, sleepwear, and select accessories within 30 days of purchase with tags still on. We do not allow returns for panties or hosiery. Visit our “Return Policies” page for more information.
In the event that an item you have received is incorrect or faulty, we recommend you submit a return request to firstname.lastname@example.org at your earliest convenience with your order number, first and last name, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return request. If your request is approved, your purchase can be returned for store credit or exchanged within 30 days under our conditions that can be found on our “Return policies” page.
We are only able to offer size exchanges. If you wish to purchase an alternate style, then you may return your item for store credit and place a new order on our website.
Returns take a full 10 business days to be processed, and you will be emailed once this has been completed. We advise all customers to retain their proof of postage receipt issued by the delivery carrier. If you are concerned that your item has not been received, please track your parcel using this proof of postage so we can follow its return journey.
